- Call 1688-8031(ARS)
- Press 1 if you want to enter bus stop # or 2 if you want to know arrival times of low-floor buses
- Enter a 5-digit number of a bus stop
- Then, you will hear an automatic response.
e.g.) “You have selected the bus stop of Tax Office, Dongsuwon, Jangan-gu, Suwon-si. The bus# toward Suwon
Station is 100 and toward Suwon City Hall is 111.”
- Enter “Bus # + Pound key” if you want to know arrival times.
* Press the star button for “-(hyphen)“
e.g.) If the bus # is 77-1, you need to enter 77*1#
- Then, you will hear an automatic response.
e.g.) “You have selected Bus# 77-1, which has left the previous stop and is expected to arrive at the bus stop of Dongsuwon Tax Office in
10 minutes. The next bus has passed the previous fifth stop and is expected to arrive in 20 minutes.” .
- Press 1 to hear the response again, press 2 for bus # information, and press 0 to go back to the previous step.
- Press 2 if you want to know the information on low-floor buses.
* You will hear “there is no bus to arrive” if there is no low-floor bus in service but there may be other regular buses in service.
